If you’d like to submit photos to yearbook – please send them cbrandmona@gmail.com, clearly marking the grade, the teacher and the event – some examples: gr1-firstday, gr3-murray-halloween, etc. We are looking for exciting pics of our 5th grade class and first day of school pics for all grades but will accept all pics that you may have. Thanks!
5th Graders – send in your baby pics, Favorite Shongum Memories and What you’d like to be when you grow up! Please send them into cbrandmona@gmail.com or drop the form into the yearbook bin by January 19! Please drop the 1.5 inch by 2 inch baby photo into the yearbook bin in the office clearly marked with child’s name & teacher.

Throughout the year, photos may be taken of your child and the faculty members at Shongum School events, field trips, parties and other class and school events for the Shongum School yearbook.
With your permission, these photos will be uploaded to the http://www.phanfare.com web storage account for use in the Shongum School 2009/2010 Yearbook only. This storage account will allow our photographers to get their photos to those creating the yearbook montages and will ensure the best coverage of all of our children and faculty members in the 2009/2010 yearbook.
No names will be listed and access is limited to just those creating the yearbook for security purposes and requires a login and password for access.
Please indicate your permission to allow your children’s photos or those of the faculty members to be stored on the web storage account for use in the yearbook.
Please note: by signing this form – you are allowing your child’s photos to be published in the yearbook and shared at the end of year slideshows as well.
